Question : RECOVERY OF GOVERNMENT DUES

(a) whether notices had been issued by ESI to some multinational companies for the recovery of Government funds outstanding against them;

(b) if so, the details of such companies;

(c) whether the Government have formulated any strategy for the recovery of the said amount;

(d) if so, the details thereof; and

(e) if not, the reasons therefor?
