(a) whether the demand of any special package for the dark zone areas of the country is considered/being considered by the Government;
(b) if so, the allocation made for the dark zone areas of Gujarat under this package;
(c) whether the NITI Aayog has approved any proposal under consideration of separate development for these zones; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) No demand for any special package for the Dark Zone Areas (Over-Exploited blocks) of the country has been received.
(b) In view of reply to Part (a), question does not arise.
(c) As per information received, NITI Aayog has not approved any proposal for separate development of Dark Zone Areas (Over-Exploited blocks) of the Country as far as sector relating to major and medium irrigation is concerned.
(d) In view of reply to Part (c), question does not arise.
