(a) the prescribed number of students of Gujarat and Telangana under the National Service Scheme at present;
(b) whether the State Governments of Gujarat and Telangana have sent any proposals regarding increasing the said number;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the steps taken by the Union Government in this direction for approving the said proposals along with outcome thereof?
