(a) the schemes of the Ministry being implemented in Rajasthan in the renewable energy sector;
(b) the financial allocation made with respect to each of the scheme; and
(c) the funds spent and the targets achieved with respect to each of the schemes?

(a): The schemes of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) are being implemented in the state of Rajasthan in the renewable energy sector include grid- interactive power generation from wind energy, solar energy, bio energy and small hydro power. Further, decentralized solar and biomass gasifier programmes are also being implemented in the state.
(b)&(c): The details of financial allocation made to various agencies/institutions towards the schemes of MNRE being implemented in the state of Rajasthan during the last three years year-wise are as below:
The major achievements in the state of Rajasthan include about 3,000 MW of wind power, 735 MW of solar power, 109 MW of bio power and 24 MW of small hydro power. Apart from this, 2,464 kilowatt equivalent of gasifier systems, 11,603 numbers of solar pumps, 8,625 KW of solar packs, 1.56 lakh solar lighting systems and 0.69 lakh number of family type biogas plants have also been promoted in the state.Download PDF Files
