5364. SHRI VIJAYAKUMAR (ALIAS) VIJAY VASANTH:
Will the Minister of SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Commission headed by Justice Rohini on sub-categorisation of reservation for people from OBC has submitted its report;
(b) if so, the details along with the salient recommendations thereof;
(c) whether the Government has taken any steps to implement the recommendations;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) if not, the time by which its report is likely to be submitted?

(b) to (d): Question does not arise in view of (a) above.

(e): At present the term of the Commission is upto 31st July 2022.
