Ad-hoc Research Schemes	Status 
I. Characterization, evaluation and The scheme has already been sanctioned conservation of Marathwada Buffaloes for an amount of Rs.31.61 lakhs and Ist Year grant has been released. There is no delay in its approval.
2. Economies of Production, Processing The scheme is already under active & Marketing of Turmeric in Hingoli and consideration of the Council. The Parbhani Distt. Of Marathwada Region. decision will be communicated by end of the year, 2000.
3. Food and Fibre Crops-Studies on The comments of the referees are Nutritional functionality, shelf life awaited. quality attributes flow and pasting behaviour of Pearl Millet flow and its utilization in Roti making and other food stuffs.
4. Wilt of pigeonpea: Etiology, - do - Epidemiology & Integrated Management.
5. Epidemiology and management studies These schemes were considered but did on caused by Cercospora Musae/zimm sigatoka leafspot disease on Banana not

(mycospharelia Mueicola). find support for funding under A.P. Cess Fund of the Council.

6. Utilization of whole mango in - do - mangobased products and byproducts.
