Question : NGO under CAPART

(a) the number of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) against whom CAPART has taken action during the last three years along with the number of such NGOs which have gone to the Court against that action;

(b) the time since when these cases are pending in the Courts;

(c) whether the review of the works/ actions to be carried out regarding the said cases has been done, if so, the outcome thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; and

(d) the corrective steps taken by the Government in this regard?

(b)to (d): Not applicable in view of (a) above.
