stalls at railway station platforms from Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation
(IRCTC); and
(b) if so, the details thereof and the time by which it is proposed to be implemented?

(b): Policy instructions for transfer of management of bookstalls from Indian Railway Catering and
Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) to Zonal Railways, issued on 28.03.2012, have been implemented.
