Question : PURCHASE OF VVIP HELICOPTERS

(a) whether the Government proposes to call fresh tenders for purchase of VVIP helicopters;

(b) if so, whether the Government has received offers from foreign contractors;

(c) if so, the details of bidding therein;

(d) whether some foreign companies who have already been blacklisted by the Government are trying to again participate in the tender; and

(e) if so, the details thereof and the corrective measures taken by the Government in this regard?
