(b) Gujarat has received US $ 250 million and Madhya Pradesh has received US $ 175 million.
(c ) Gujarat
The project stipulations relate to reduction in fiscal deficit, enabling environment for private sector participation, tax reforms and rationalization, divestment and restructuring of state-owned enterprises, reforms in power, port and road sector as agreed to by Government of Gujarat.
Madhya Pradesh
The project stipulations relate to public finance reform, public enterprise reform, corporate governance, enabling environment for private sector involvement, social development and institutional strengthening as agreed to by Government of Madhya Pradesh.
