(a) whether some officers-in-charge of CGHS store depots have been staying in their present positions for the last seven-eight years;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government have received any complaints against those officers-in-charge during the last three years; and
(d) if so, the details thereof alongwith action taken/proposed to be taken against such guilty officials?

(a)&(b): No, Sir. However, Dr. Kishori Lal, Officer In-charge, CGHS Ayurvedic Store Depot, Delhi had been posted to the Depot on 16.2.95.
(c )&(d) A complaint has been received against Dr. Kishori Lal, officer In-charge, CGHS Ayurveic Store Depot, Delhi regarding irregularities in the purchase of Ayurvedic medicines and the same is under investigation.
