(a) whether the Government proposes to bring all the Government buildings under insurance cover against natural calamities;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(b): Does not arise.
(c): In accordance to provisions contained in Rule 15 of Delegation of Financial Power Rules and in CPWD Works Manual para 39.1(1), the Government property both movable and immovable should not normally be insured, without prior consent of Ministry of Finance.
