THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE (SHRI BALASAHEB VIKHE PATIL):
(a) No All India Public Financial institution is reported to be under a threat of insolvency
in view of the fact that all the All India Public Financial Institutions fulfil the capital
adequacy ratio requirements as of end March 1999 in accordance with RB! norms and guidelines
in this regard.
(b) and (c) Does not arise.
