Question : ELECTION PETITIONS

(a) the number of petitions regarding the Lok Sabha elections filed in the various High Courts and Supreme Court during the last three years;

(f) whether the election petitions are disposed of within the stipulated period;

(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and

(d) the steps proposed to be taken to ensure expeditious disposal of such petitions ?
