Question : APPOINTMENT OF HEADS OF TECHNICAL DEPARTMENTS

(a) whether the Administrative Reforms Commission (ARC) has submitted any report regarding the appointment of the heads of technical department;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the Heads of the departments have been appointed as per the recommendations and guidelines made in the said report; and

(d) if not, the details thereof and the reasons therefor?
