(a) to (c) The construction work of Trivandrum Bypass is to be taken up in two phases. The construction of Phase-I is targettd to be completed by March, 2001. As regards Phase-II, the land acquisition is not complete. As per the instant policy, construction works are considered for sanction only after the entire land is acquired and is in possession of the State PWD. Therefore, it is too early to indicate the date of completion.
