(a) whether jawans of Army, Navy and Air Force as well as para military forces travel illegally in AC II tier coaches of Guwahati-Delhi Rajdhani Express causing great inconvenience to the passengers;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the action taken in the matter;
(c) the amount of loss being incurred by the Railways as a result of such illegal activities; and
(d) the steps taken to prevent such activities and avoid consequential losses?

(a) to (c): No cases of unauthorized travelling of Jawans from Army, Navy and Air Force as
well as Para-military forces in AC II tier Coaches in Guwahati-Delhi Rajdhani Express
have come to notice. However, persons if detected are penalized as per relevant rules.
(d) Rajdhani Express trains are fully manned trains. Train manning staff remain vigilant
in their coaches and outside coaches at stations to prevent entry of unauthorized passengers.
