Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:
(a) the list of District Public Health Labs (DPHLs) for testing of epidemic prone diseases;
(b) the total number of DPHLs strengthened since July 2020 till date to test epidemic prone diseases; and
(c) the total number of Japanese Encephalitis cases since 2018 till date, State/UT-wise particularly Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra?

(a): List of District Public Health Labs (DPHLs) State/District wise are given at Annexure-I.
(b): A total number of 71 DPHLs has been strengthen during the period.
(c): State/UT wise total number of Japanese Encephalitis (JE) cases including Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra since 2018 to 30th June 2021 as reported by the State/UTs are given at Annexure-II.
