(a) whether it is a fact that South-Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) is extracting coal
from the areas of Sarguja division in Chhattisgarh;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the issues of rehabilitation and employment of land owners, local residents,
tribes and others by the Government have not been addressed since 1990;
(d) if so, the details of the pending cases and the reasons therefor; and
(e) the steps taken/proposed to be taken by the Government in this regard?
