(a) whether a detailed heritage audit was conducted prior to initiating the bidding process to implement the Central Vista Redevelopment Project;
(b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(c) whether the project meets the heritage guidelines of the Delhi Master Plan; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons for continuing with the project?

(a) to (d): The Central Vista Redevelopment project is not a single project. It has various components and approval of Heritage Conservation Committee (HCC) is taken for individual projects wherever required under Unified Building Bye Laws, 2016. Clearance of HCC has been obtained for construction of New Parliament Building, redevelopment of Central Vista Avenue and construction of Common Central Secretariat Buildings.
