(a) the number of storage bins built under the assistance provided by the Government for 10, 20 qtl. capacity bins for seeds during the last three years and the current year, State-wise;
(b) the number of trainings conducted for the farmers on seed production and seed technology during the last three years, State-wise and the amount of funds spent by the Government thereon;
(c) whether the targets for building storage bins have been achieved during the last three years especially in the State of Himachal Pradesh, if so, the details thereof; and
(d) whether the targets for conducting a particular number of trainings for the past three years, particularly in the State of Himachal Pradesh have been met, if so, the details thereof?
