(a) to (c): Agriculture is a state subject. However, Department of Agriculture Cooperation & Farmers Welfare is implementing Agriculture Scheme National Food Security Mission (NFSM), Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY), Rainfed Area Development (RAD), Soil Health Card (SHC), Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY), Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH), Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY) and Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) etc. for the welfare of the farmers throughout the country including Kerala. The details of funds allocated and released under various schemes for upliftment of farmers across the country including Kerala is Annexed.
