(a) the details of vacancies of Multi Tasking Staff, Postmen and Postal Assistants in Bihar Postal Circle;
(b) the time since when these posts are lying vacant in the circle, Post-wise;
(c) the steps taken by the Government to fill up these vacancies and the time by when it is likely to be done?

(a) 421 posts of Multi Tasking Staff, 494 posts of Postman and 308 posts of Postal Assistant are vacant in Bihar Postal Circle.
(b) & (c) Vacancies arising on account of retirement, promotion, death and deputation are being filled up periodically by holding departmental examination, direct recruitment through Staff Selection Commission and also by individual Circle as per the provisions of the relevant recruitment rules. Recruitment to fill up vacant posts is a continuous process.
