(a) & (b): Yes, Madam. Food Corporation of India (FCI) has started movement of foodgrains to Kerala through shipping lines. Movement of foodgrains to Kerala from Andhra Pradesh started with effect from March, 2014 and so far 86,000 tonnes of foodgrains have been supplied to Kerala.
