(a) the number of LIG and EWS dwelling units constructed by the Chandigarh Housing Board;
(b) the covered floor area and the price fixed for each category of these units; and
(c) the eligibility criteria for allotment and the monthly instalment fixed for such units?

(a): Chandigarh Administration has reported that 11,111 numbers
of LIG and EWS dwelling units have been constructed by
Chandigarh Housing Board.
(b): As given in Annexure.
(c):
(i) Chandigarh Administration has reported that the applicant
should be bonafide resident of Union Territory of
Chandigarh for a period of at least three years and he/she
or any of his/her dependent should not own a house in the
Union Territory or in any Urban Estate of
Mohali/Panchkula, and have not acquired house/site
throughout India, at concessional rate.
