(a) whether Uttar Pradesh has forwarded any proposal for financial assistance for providing vocational training to the youth in the Youth Centres in the State under the Central Scheme formulated for the said purpose;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the action taken by the Union Government thereon; and
(c) the funds likely to be released for the purpose ?
