(a) the details of the scheme implemented by the Government to promote Drip and Sprinkler Irrigation System in the country;
(b) whether the Government is providing any subsidy to farmers through the scheme to encourage them to install these systems on their agriculture farms; and
(c) the details of the Drip Irrigation/Sprinkler Irrigation System which has been installed during the last three years with the assistance of the Government along with the funds provided for the purpose State-wise?

(a): Under the Per Drop More Crop Component of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY), Micro Irrigation systems like drip & sprinkler irrigation systems are promoted to ensure efficient use of water. This scheme is being implemented in all States of the country.
(b): Subsidy is provided to the farmers to encourage them to install these systems at following rates:-

The scheme is being implemented with funding pattern of 90:10 between Centre and States for North Eastern & Himalayan States and 60:40 for other States.
