(a) whether the Government is considering to include all the districts under Community Service Programme scheme in Odisha;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the status of establishment of ITIs in PPP mode in Odisha under Kaushal Vikas Yojna; and
(d) the modalities for establishment of Advanced Training Institutes and Regional Vocational Training Institutes in PPP model and step taken by the Government in view of considering the proposals of States in this regard?

(a) & (b) There is no such scheme being run by Government.
(c) The Government has at present no scheme to set up ITIs in PPP mode in Odisha.
(d) The Advanced Training Institute (ATIs) will be set up in PPP mode through transparent bidding process as per standard PPP guidelines of Government of India. Tendering process for 12 ATIs in 1st Phase has already started for the States which have identified land for the establishment of ATI.
