Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:
(a) the details of CGHS regional offices, State/UT-wise;
(b) whether the Government has received any representations for setting up of additional regions of CGHS; and
(c) if so, the details thereof and the action taken by the Government in this regard?

(a): The CGHS does not have regional offices. CGHS Wellness Centres function under the administrative control of the Additional Director, CGHS of the city. Details of the office of Additional Director, CGHS city wise is at Annexure.
(b): No requests have been received for setting up of additional regions of CGHS.
(c): Does not arise.
