(a) whether the Government are aware that drugs are being sold and purchased through internet;
(b) if so, whether information regarding manufacturing of synthetic drugs
is available on internet; and
(c) if so, steps proposed to be taken by the Government to prevent
such activities?

(a): Yes, Sir.
(b): Internet also provides access to an ocean of information on various subjects.
It is reasonable to expect that information regarding manufacturing of synthetic
drugs be available over the internet.
(c): It is technically not possible to block complete access to any information available
over the internet.
