(a) whether any guidelines have been issued by the Government to the private airlines to provide new facilities to the Members of Parliament (MPs) and dignitaries, if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether any facility is provided by the private airlines to the MPs/dignitaries for check-in help; and
(c) if so, the details of the airlines providing such facility and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c): Ministry of Civil Aviation regularly issues guidelines relating to protocol/courtesy to be extended to Members of Parliament at airports from time to time. The guidelines have been consolidated and reiterated recently in January, 2020. The protocol/courtesy is to be extended by Air India, Airports Authority of India/Other airport operators and Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). As per these guidelines, facilitation for check-in is extended by airport operator after proper coordination with airlines. Facilitation for security check is also extended by airport operator after coordination with airlines and Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).
