(a) the funds allocated by the Government and utilised for the development of sports during the last three years, State/UT-wise including Rajasthan;
(b) whether in addition to Rajiv Gandhi Sports complexes there is any other scheme for construction of sports infrastructure and conducting of sports activities; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a) State/UT wise details of funds released during the last three years under the erstwhile Panchayat Yuva Krida aur Khel Abhiyan (PYKKA) for creation and maintenance of basic sports infrastructure at village and Block Panchayat level and for creation of infrastructure under Urban Sports Infrastructure Scheme (USIS) are enclosed in Annexures I to III.
(b) & (c) In addition to Rajiv Gandhi Khel Abhiyan (RGKA) for creation of Block level sports complexes, the Urban Sports Infrastructure Scheme (USIS) is being implemented for creation of sports infrastructure. Under this scheme, 100% financial assistance, subject to stipulated celings, is provided to State Government/ Union Territories for development of Synthetic playing surface (for Hockey, Football and Athletics) and for Multipurpose Indoor Hall. State Governments, Local Civic Bodies, School, Colleges and Universities under Central/State Governments, and Sports Control Boards are eligible to receive financial assistance for creation of sports infrastructure under this scheme.
