(a) whether there has been a drastic change in the employment situation of some pilots and other staff due to alleged excess tension and financial burden;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether Indian Commercial Pilots Association (ICPA) has formulated a representation to the management of Air India raising objection on the changes in the present manners of payment; and
(d) if so, the reaction of the Government in this regard?

(c) and (d): Yes, Sir. There have been slight delays in payment of salaries to employees of Air India Ltd, mainly because of constraints of liquidity and availability of funds. However, the salaries and allowances are being paid to all employees including pilots of Air India on a regular monthly basis.
