(a) whether the STD-PCOs allocated to the handicapped and the unemployed persons are being run
by others unauthorisedly;
(b) if so, the number of such cases that have come to the notice of the Government during the last two years;
(c) whether the Government has conducted any enquiry in this regard;
(d) if so, the details of the findings of such an enquiry; and
(e) the action taken or proposed to be taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) Sir, as regards running of PCOs allocated to handicapped and unemployed persons unauthorizedly
by other persons, no such case has come to the notice of the Government during the last two years.
