(a) whether the Government has any proposal to establish
specialized courts in the country for dealing economic and
Human Rights related offences;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has any criteria for setting up of
these courts; and
(d) if so, the number of such courts proposed to be set up in the
country, State-wise?
