(a) : whether the Government are aware of the fact that DCa Bank is not paying salary to its employees for the last two months in various of its branches allover the country ;
(b) : if so, the reasons therefor; and
(c) : the steps to be taken by the Government to ensure that no Public Sector Bank indulge in such anti-worker activities in future?

(a).(b) & (c) : DCO Bank has reported that it is regularly paying salary to all staff
members. However, for few staff members, salary was withheld at some of the branches due to their constant non-performance based on the principle ``No work No pay` after giving due notice. Such salary was released promptly as soon as improvement in performance was observed.
