Question : Welfare Schemes for SCs and OBCs

(a) the details of various welfare schemes including social security schemes being run for the Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in the country;

(b) the estimated number of beneficiaries covered under these schemes;

(c) the details of funds allocated and spent under these schemes during the last three years and the current year, scheme-wise and State-wise;

(d) the mechanism in place for monitoring the implementation of the schemes run by the Government for the welfare of SCs and OBCs in the country;

(e) whether the pace of implementation of the said schemes is very slow;

(f) if so, the details thereof and the corrective measures taken in this regard;

(g) whether the Government has evaluated the impact of these schemes on Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Classes and;

(h) if so, the details and outcome thereof?
