(a) whether Raigarh-Gharghoda-Dharmjaigarh- Pathalgaon is presently the busiest route in Chhattisgarh due to use by several vehicles of various companies including SECL, NTPC etc.;
(b) if so, whether the said route has been upgraded to National Highway (NH); and
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) if not, the time by which the said route is likely to be upgraded as NH?

(a) Yes Sir.
(b) & (c) The stretch from Raigarh-Gharghoda-Dharmjaigarh is not a National Highway (NH).The stretch from Dharmjaigarh to Pathalgaon is a part of declared NH-130A.
(d) The Ministry considers declaration of some State roads as new National Highways (NHs) from time to time based on requirement of connectivity, inter-se priority and availability of funds.
