(a) the total number of proposals received under the SIPDA Scheme during the year 2014-15 from various States including Madhya Pradesh;
(b) the number of proposals cleared and pending, so far; and
(c) the time by which all the proposals are likely to be cleared?

(a): Under the Scheme for Implementation of Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 (SIPDA), a total of fifty one proposals were received during 2014-15 from various State Governments./UTs, including eighteen proposals from State Government of Madhya Pradesh.
(b) & (c): Thirty proposals, including fourteen proposals from Madhya Pradesh, which were complete in all respects, have been cleared and grants-in-aid released. Grants-in-aid in respect of twenty one proposals could not be released due to deficient documents or pending utilization certificates for previous years’ grants. Proposals are cleared as per completion of documents & utilization certificates which is an ongoing process under the Scheme.
