(a) whether the Border Roads Organization (BRO) had taken over Missamari-Rangapara-Balipara Road in Sonipur, Assam is year 2011;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the estimated cost of this road construction;
(c) whether the construction work on this road has not been started;
(d) if so, the reasons therefor; and
(e) the time by which construction of the road is likely to be completed?

(a) Yes, Madam. The road was taken over by BRO from State PWD in 2011.
(b) to (e): The road is part of the Long Term Roll On Works Plan (LTROWP) of BRO. The tentative cost of improvement of this road is Rs.68 Crores. The probable date of completion is 2022. The works of Rs.19.26 Crores have been approved for this road in Annual Works Plan (AWP) for the current financial year.
