(a) the total amount released under NLCPR (Non-Lapsable Central Pool of Resources) scheme in North Eastern Region in health sector and the total number of projects going on in this regard;
(b) the district-wise details thereof;
(c) the places where the said projects are going on;
(d) the number of projects completed so far and the number of projects yet to be completed along with the details thereof; and
(e) the details of the facilities available in north eastern region in health sector?

(a) Under NLCPR (Non Lapsable Central Pool of Resources) scheme, Rs.616.39 crore have been released for projects in the Health sector in the North Eastern region. A total of 16 such projects are ongoing in this regard.
(b) and (c) A list showing the districts and places where the projects are going on is given in Annexure- I.
(d) A total of 39 projects have been completed in this regard and a total amount of Rs.415.37 crore has been released for these projects. A total of 16 projects are ongoing in this regard and a total amount of Rs.201.02 crore has been released for these projects.
(e) As per information given by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (the details of the heath facilities available in North East Region as per Rural Health Statistics 2017-18) is given in Annexure- II.
