(a) whether to ensure that the allocations to the Services, under the Capital Head, match their demands, the allocation needs to be suitably enhanced at the Revised Estimate stage;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the steps being taken by the Government in this regard; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?
