(a) the number of terrorist attacks carried out in Jammu and Kashmir and other parts of the country from the year 2014 till date along with the loss of life and property reported due to these attacks;
(b) the action taken by the Government from the year 2014 till date to check the terrorist incidents in the country along with the details thereof; and
(c) the guidelines issued or laws amended by the Government to check the terrorist incidents from the year 2014 till date?

(a) to (c): From the year 2014 till 31.12.2018, there have been 1213 incidents involving terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. In these incidents, 183 civilians lost their lives and 838 terrorists were neutralized. During this period, 6 incidents involving terrorists were reported from other parts of the Country in which 11 civilians lost their lives; and 7 terrorists were neutralized.
The Government regularly reviews the security situation. In order to combat activities of terrorists, several steps have been taken including strengthening operational grid, enhancing coordination amongst security agencies, effective retaliation of terror acts, etc.
