(b) the total storage capacity and the covered storage capacity with the Government in the country as on date, State-wise/UT-wise;
(c) whether the available storage capacity is being utilised to the optimum level;

(a): The details of the quantum of foodgrains produced during crop year 2020-21 in the country along with their procurement at Minimum Support Price by Government Agencies for central pool is as under :

(c), (d) & (e): Yes Sir, average utilization of covered storage capacity of FCI (Owned and Hired) during last three years are given below:
