(a) whether the survey works for laying railway lines from Ratlam to Dungarpur via Banswara and Ahmedabad to Udaipur via Dungarpur has been completed;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the time by which the above works are likely to be completed?

(a) to (c): Surveys for construction of new line for Ratlam-Banswara-Dungarpur and gauge conversion of Ahmedabad-Dungarpur-Udaipur MG line are expected to be completed by 31.12.2000. Further consideration of these projects would be possible once the survey reports become available.
