Question : REMOVAL OF RAILWAY GODOWN

(a) whether the Railways propose to remove railway godown to check traffic congestion between Belanganj and Yamuna bridge in Agra;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) the steps taken by the Railways in this regard; and

(d) the time by which it is likely to be completed?

(a) to (c): No, Madam. Belanganj Goods Shed has already been closed since 2007. Railway track connecting Agra City Station to Belanganj Goods Shed has been removed in 2012.

(d) Does not arise.
