(a) whether annual plan for the State of Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and Madhya
Pradesh has been finalised;
(b) if so, the details of the plan outlay, State-wise; and
(c) the details of growth rate of industrial and agriculture sector alongwith the
allocation and targets fixed in respect of primary, secondary and technical education
and Health and Family Welfare?

(a) & (b): Annual Plans for the States of Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and Madhya
Pradesh have been finalized for the year 2000-01. The approved core plan outlays in
respect of these three States are: Andhra Pradesh – Rs.7708 crore; Orissa – Rs.2665
crore and Madhya Pradesh – Rs4450 crore.
(c) The growth rates of Industrial and Agriculture sector are not fixed by
Planning Commission as a part of the Planning process on an annual basis. The
statewise allocations and targets fixed in respect of primary, secondary and technical
education and health and family welfare are not yet finalized for the year 2000-01.
