1498. SHRI RITESH PANDEY:
Will the Minister of SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Ministry has appealed to the Government to report all its data in a manner that is nonexclusionary to transgender individuals, if so, the details of this appeal and the responses received, and if not, the reasons therefor; and
(b) whether the Government plans to report all its data in a gender non-binary manner to include transgender individuals, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefore?
