(a) the number of railway accidents that occurred in the country during the last five years and the current year and the loss of life and property due to the said accidents, incident-wise and location-wise;
(b) whether the Government has made efforts to reduce rail accidents;
(c) if so, the details thereof;
(d) the results of testing of ‘Kavach’ technology to prevent collision between trains;
(e) the number of kilometres of railway section and the number of locomotives provided with ‘Kavach’ technology; and
(f) the details of the target set for the next five years, zone-wise including South East Central Zone, Bilaspur?
