(a) whether the committee set up on the subject of extension of the RTE Act, 2009, to pre-school Education and Secondary Education has since sub- mitted its report;
(b) if so, the details of the recommendations made by the committee and the action taken by the Gove- rnment thereon; and
(c) if not, the time by which the committee is likely to give its recommendations?

(a) to (c): The Committee set up on the subject of extension of RTE Act, 2009 to pre-school education and Secondary Education further Constituted two Drafting committees on Extension of RTE Act to pre-school and on Extension of RTE 2009 to Secondary Education. The Drafting Committees have conducted several meetings but have not submitted their report.
